When my mother passed away, I was overwhelmed and at a loss as to what to do. My mother had told me she had a trust and will and that I was named as the executor, however, I really did not understand all that meant. A friend gave me Tracy’s name, and I am so glad she did. From the first appointment with her, I felt I was at the right place for help, advice and guidance. Tracy and her paralegal Lisa met me at my mother’s house and helped me gather the information they needed to start the process of settling my mother’s estate. With so many emotions during the grieving process, they understood where I was at, and truly gave me comfort many times while they worked through so many details and paperwork. I am so pleased that I worked with an attorney who also felt like a friend and confidant instead of a big firm where I was just another client. Once my mother’s estate was completed, Tracy also prepared an estate plan for me and my husband. She was extremely thoughtful and had great ideas as to how to plan for our children in ways that would protect them and encourage them to be productive individuals rather than living off of inherited money if something happened to both of us. I really appreciated her experience and advice and will always refer people to her without hesitation.

Irvine, CAFor years, I talked about getting my estate in order, but I dreaded the idea of paying a lawyer to drag me through hours of long discussions. I have a hectic work schedule that includes frequent travel and Tracy worked with me and was flexible with her appointment times. Tracy pinpointed the issues that were relevant to me and made the decisions simple. She made the process easy and efficient and her fees were clear from the beginning and very fair for the quality of work I received. Without hesitation I have referred friends and family to Tracy knowing they would get top notch service and excellent legal advice.

Camarillo, CAWe were thrilled with Tracy Roberts and her staff for helping us complete our estate plan after many, many years of putting it off. They made it understandable, asked the right questions that we had not even thought of, and gave us invaluable advice for our children and grandchildren’s inheritance. We now feel that not only is our estate plan complete, but that we truly will leave a legacy of our values along with our estate to future generations of our family. We have seen too often the lifelong damage when children inherit too much, too soon. Tracy had so much wisdom as to structuring a plan for our children and grandchildren that incentivizes them to pursue education, rewarding careers and continue strong family relationships with one another. Every family is not “cookie-cutter” and Tracy took the time to get to know us and our goals and what was truly important to us.

Laguna Beach, CAWe had put off doing our estate planning for many years even though we knew it needed to be done. Tracy made the process comfortable and easy to understand which was important for me and my husband. We felt that she took the time to listen to our concerns and helped find solutions to issues we had in planning for our adult children and a grandchild with disabilities. We would recommend using Tracy if you want an attorney who is not only very knowledgeable in her field, but is also approachable, kind and makes you feel at ease during the process. Thank you Tracy and Staff!
