When my mother passed away, I was overwhelmed and at a loss as to what to do.  My mother had told me she had a trust and will and that I was named as the executor, however, I really did not understand all that meant.  A friend gave me Tracy’s name, and I am so glad she did.  From the first appointment with her, I felt I was at the right place for help, advice and guidance.  Tracy and her paralegal Lisa met me at my mother’s house and helped me gather the information they needed to start the process of settling my mother’s estate.  With so many emotions during the grieving process, they understood where I was at, and truly gave me comfort many times while they worked through so many details and paperwork.  I am so pleased that I worked with an attorney who also felt like a friend and confidant instead of a big firm where I was just another client.  Once my mother’s estate was completed, Tracy also prepared an estate plan for me and my husband.  She was extremely thoughtful and had great ideas as to how to plan for our children in ways that would protect them and encourage them to be productive individuals rather than living off of inherited money if something happened to both of us.  I really appreciated her experience and advice and will always refer people to her without hesitation.
